Managing Director
Shrishti is a serial entrepreneur, with a successful exit in the financial technology domain (previous company acquired by an NBFC in India). She has been working in the technology domain for the last 10 years, and has angel invested in several startups in diversified sectors including: logistics, financial services & e-commerce.
Prior to co-founding Hustle Hard Ventures, Shrishti led partnerships for Facebook in India where she chalked out the regional strategy for how Facebook works with startups in India. Shrishti also worked at Lumis Partners - (A Private Equity Fund) where she was part of the fund's Investment Team.
In addition to her own experiences in Technology and Private Equity, Shrishti comes from a family-owned Business Conglomerate that is diversified across Hospitality, Automotive, Real Estate, Financial Services, and FMCG ( www.sahugroup.com ) with a deep understanding of how these businesses operate at a macro & micro level.
She pursued her undergraduate degree in Engineering & Business Management from the University of Warwick and also attended Harvard University for a course in Capital Markets & Investments. She has been awarded several prestigious fellowships by the National Department of Science and Technology, Stanford University and the Anita Borg Institute.
VISHAL MEHRA

Vishal has over 15 years of experience in UHNI management spanning several regions globally including New York, London, Moscow New Delhi, Mumbai & Dubai. Having completed his undergraduate degree in New York City in Advertising & Business Psychology, Vishal started off his career selling Luxury Real Estate focussing on the UHNI South Asian community that resided & frequently visited New York City.
Vishal moved back to India in 2009 post which he joined BNP Paribas Wealth Management, as one of the youngest AVP’s in the Bank’s Indian Offices and brought some of the most prominent industrialists, celebrities, sports personalities, and UHNIs into BNPP’s system.
In 2013, Vishal joined a small startup, focussed on managing and operating international branded Spas, Salons & Resorts across India and eventually across the World. He spearheaded Development for international brands like L’Occitane Spas, Spa by Clarins, Elle Spa & Salon, Warren Tricomi Salon & Spa, Holyfield Gyms, etc. and grew these brands across some of the most luxurious hotels both in India and then across new markets like the United States, Middle East & Indian Ocean.

In 2017, this startup became the World’s First Publicly Traded Spa Management Company with over 80 signed partnerships spanning the USA, the Middle East, Indian Ocean & South Asia, all within 6 years of Vishal leading the company as its President.

Vishal has a strong background in relationship management, contract preparation, contract negotiation, marketing, business development, and building & scaling brands globally.
